1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered through jansifu.com and associated platforms by iVitsi International LLC ("we", "us", "iVitsi"). By purchasing a product or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

iVitsi International LLC offers, among others:

• Kung Fu Body™ — online movement programme (subscription)

• Eat Well. For Good. — digital book

• Future programmes and products via jansifu.com

2. Subscriptions

2.1 Trial Period and Renewal

Subscription products (such as Kung Fu Body™ NL and EN) may be offered with a trial period at a reduced rate. After the trial period, the subscription automatically renews at the regular monthly rate unless cancelled before the end of the trial period.

2.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until the end of the paid period.

2.3 Price Changes

iVitsi reserves the right to modify subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified in writing at least 30 days in advance.

3. One-Time Purchases

Digital products (such as e-books) are delivered upon full payment. Due to the digital nature of these products, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

4. Payment

Payments are processed through secure payment providers. iVitsi accepts the payment methods listed on the checkout page. In the event of a failed payment, access to the platform may be suspended.

5. Access and Use

All content offered — videos, texts, programmes — is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Copying, sharing, reselling or distributing content without the written permission of iVitsi is not permitted.

6. Health Disclaimer

The programmes on jansifu.com are movement and wellness programmes and do not constitute medical advice. Consult a physician before starting if you have concerns about your physical condition. iVitsi International LLC is not liable for injuries or health damages resulting from use of the programmes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on jansifu.com and associated platforms — including videos, texts, images, programmes and brand names (Kung Fu Body™, Flexi Gong™, Stillness Rites™, Eat Well. For Good.) — is the property of iVitsi International LLC and protected by intellectual property rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

iVitsi is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or consequential damages arising from the use of the products or platforms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes will preferably be resolved amicably.
