MOVEMENT PRACTICE · MARTIAL ARTS PRINCIPLES

Kung Fu Body™

3 times a week. 20 to 30 minutes. In your own living room. No gym, no equipment, no coach looking over your shoulder.

You already know you need to move.

This is about finally doing it — and making it last.

THE FOUNDATION

Every session starts with breathing

Not as a warm-up. As preparation for body and mind. The same sequence, every time. That repetition is what turns it from effort into habit.

THE MOVEMENT

Stances and movements from Martial Arts

Ma Bu, Gong Bu — foundational positions that have existed for thousands of years. Built up from simple to complex, step by step. You set the pace. No pressure, no comparison.

THE STRENGTH

Strength and balance — without a gym

Push-ups, squats, core and balance work using your own bodyweight. No equipment, no travel. Balance and stability you feel in daily life.

THE PROGRESSION

A system that builds step by step

The programme runs through consecutive phases — from absolute beginner upward. Each phase builds on the previous one. The structure is fixed. The responsibility is yours.

JAN SIFU

I've been teaching Wing Chun Kung Fu for over 20 years. Third generation Ip Man lineage — Samuel Kwok.

But Kung Fu Body™ was not built for my Kung Fu students.

It was built for people outside that world. People who know they need to move. Who have tried more than once. Who stop every time — not out of laziness, but because something was missing.

That gap — between what you know and what you do — I've watched it for twenty years. And I knew that the principles behind Kung Fu: the structure, the breathing, the fixed repetition — were exactly the tools to close it.

Not for athletes. For ordinary people.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long is a session?

20 to 30 minutes. Three times a week. More is not needed for the system to work.

Do I need equipment or a gym?

No. Just space to move. Your own living room is enough.

Do I need to know anything about Kung Fu or martial arts?

No. Kung Fu Body™ is not a martial arts course. You are not learning to fight — you are using movement principles to train your body.

What if I skip a week?

Nothing. There are no deadlines and you never fall behind. You simply restart where you stopped.

Is this suitable for complete beginners?

Yes. The system starts at the absolute beginning. You build step by step.

How is this different from yoga or a gym membership?

Yoga and fitness work from different principles. Kung Fu Body™ is a movement system with fixed structure, based on Martial Arts. You train body and mind simultaneously — without a coach, without group classes.

Can't I just find this on YouTube?

You can find movement exercises on YouTube. But individual videos are not a system. Kung Fu Body™ is a fixed structure with consecutive phases — each session builds on the previous one. What YouTube cannot give you is the progression, the sequence, and the repetition that turns movement into a habit.
